- 1 whole duck (about 4-5 pounds)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 190°C
- Rinse the duck under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper, both inside and out.

- Baste the duck with the honey glaze every 30 minutes during cooking.
- Once cooked, remove the duck from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
