- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- Dipping sauce of your choice (e.g., soy sauce, chili oil, vinegar)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken or pork, vegetables, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and pleat the edges to seal the dumplings.
- Arrange the dumplings on a steam tray lined with parchment paper or cabbage leaves, making sure they are not touching each other.
- Select Pure Steam Function in the EF Combi Steam Oven. Place the steam tray into the oven.
- Steam the dumplings for 10-12 minutes, or until the filling is cooked through and the wrappers are translucent.
- Carefully remove the steam tray from the oven let the dumplings cool for a few minutes before serving.
